Shipping Methods
diabeshop.gr is extremely proud of its modern way of managing the shipping process of a product. The customer can know at any time what stage of shipment a product is in and plan when it will be available to them.
Product categories are divided into:
Available: the products are in our warehouse and are shipped within 1-3 business days from the day of the order (provided the order is placed by 3:00 PM).
Available in 3 to 5 days: The products are not in our warehouse at this time. They are usually shipped in 3-5 days if ordered by 15:00 and if the product is available from the supplier. In case the product is not available from the supplier, the customer service department will contact you to inform you and find the best possible solution.
Out of stock: The product is not available and cannot be added to the "Cart".
All orders are shipped via courier.
Your order can be delivered to another address if you select the corresponding field and proceed to change the address.
Deliveries are made on working days between 9:00 – 17:00.
Note: the order will be shipped to the address you indicate.
Shipping Costs and Parts
Domestic Services
For shipping within Greece, regardless of destination, the charge is €2.90.
For each shipment with a cash on delivery order (within Greece) regardless of destination, the charge is €2.00.
The maximum cash on delivery value is €2,000 per shipment.
Shipping to Cyprus
For shipping with delivery within 4 to 7 business days, the charge is € 19.90 . The above charges also apply to hard-to-reach destinations (with delivery in 4-7 business days).
For each shipment with a cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the charge is €2.00.
If a product is not available, we will inform you by email or phone about the progress of your order.
Deliveries are made on working days between 9:00 – 17:00.
All above prices include VAT. Upon completion of your order, an email is automatically sent with the analysis of your order. You do not need to do anything else. Your order has been shipped. The total weight of the products in each order is automatically calculated.
Free shipping for purchases over €60.00. Valid only for shipments within Greece.

You can pay by cash on delivery if you want to pay for your order with cash upon delivery. You pay upon receipt of the product from the Courier. Cash on delivery is subject to an extra charge of €2.00
