DOSAGE / USE

Sukrin Gold behaves better than classic Sukrin in baking, as it is sweeter and does not give the cold sensation of erythritol in the mouth.

The amount of Sukrin Gold you use should not be more than 1/5 (or about 20%) of the total volume of the ingredients. For example: You have 100gr of Sukrin Gold in 1kg of dough. This is 10% of the total weight, which is correct.

If the sugar content in a recipe is over 20%, we recommend combining Sukrin Gold with another sweetener, such as Finesse. You can also use Sukrin+, which is twice as sweet as sugar, so you will only need half the amount.

Sukrin Gold is excellent on berries, breakfast cereals, porridge, yogurt, coffee, tea, desserts and anywhere you want a rich, full-bodied sweet taste.
